Dukago Return Policy

At Dukago, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@dukago.com to request a return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery or is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns as Dukago is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
